WILO 1.49 DIESEL RESTORATION.

Here's the engine as it arrived in our shop from my good friend in the Netherlands Peter Valicek.

Well he looks very very sad indeed. Lets get him into the E.R. and see what can be done for him.

Boy this poor guy needs the full works, missing crank and front end, no compression, broken rod, missing n.v.a. and compression screw and some fairly major case aesthetic issues to boot. OH DEAR........

O.K. so a plan's been made and the first job on the list with our small german friend is to strip off the old anodizing from the cylinder head and crankcase and then re polish and reannodise those parts first.
