Here's the engine as we received it from Mr Henderson in Australia.
First step, complete strip down and assess what's needed to return this ole Ozzy iron back to his former glory.
OK so we'll need to remove the main crank bush and then apply some of our restorative magic to the basic case.
Here's the case refurbished and ready for the next step.
Here's the crankshaft bush removed and now all that's needed is to make and fit the new main bearing bush.
Here's the crankcase with the new crankshaft bush made and fitted, pro driver all cleaned up and a new prop washer and nut.
We managed to refurbish the cylinder head along with some other anodizing that needed to be done so here's the progress on that.

Next up is the N.V.A. and the back plate.
Now thats all sorted it's time to move onto the conrods and cylinder liner assembly.
Here's the cylinder head assembly all finished and ready to refit, and also the cylinder liner all cleaned up and ready to lap.
