OWAT 30 restoration progress

Having managed to secure a complete and original sample of this rare engine we are now able to move the project forward.

First step will be to make a new crankcase and go from there.

We will machine the new case out of solid as we have done before with some of our other build projects. We'll also take a look at the possibility of converting this engine into a variable compression engine.
