FUJI 25 REBUILD

Here's the engine as received from Gerald.

Here we have the engine all stripped down and ready for cleaning and assessing.

First step is to clean the crankcase and front housing and reassemble the front housing with new bearings and a freshly made spinner nut that doesn't look quite so grotesque.

Next up is to clean and rebore the cylinder assembly as this poor old thing has no compression.

Having had a good look at this portion of the engine we will also need a new conrod and gudgeon pin.
